Event Details
1st-4th Graders (and any children readers!) - Check out a book or bring one to read to the therapy dogs from WCOTC (Westmoreland County Obedience Training Club). Reading in a comfortable environment has been shown to be critical to building confidence and increasing fluency.
The dogs arrive at 10AM, and will be stationed around the library. We will have art activities & games out for kids to work on while they wait their turn to read to their new furry friend!
